Material Processing Services
We provide comprehensive CNC material processing services, including:
- laser cutting of plates, profiles, pipes, and structural sections
- plasma cutting of thick plates
- CNC drilling, threading, and milling
- preparation of components for welding and assembly
- component marking
All processes are carried out in compliance with EN 1090-2, Execution Class EXC3, and a quality system aligned with ISO 3834, ensuring full material traceability, dimensional control, and repeatability.

- Pipes: Ø 25–240 mm
- Square/rectangular profiles: side 25–200 mm
- C, U profiles: 30x20 to 200x150 mm (fitted in Ø 280 mm)
- L profiles: 30x20 to 150x150 mm or 200x120 mm
- Beams: HEA100–HEA160, HEB100–HEB140, IPE80–IPE200
- Optional: welding seam and part orientation identification to eliminate manual setup
- 3-axis unit: drilling, threading M4–M10
Advanced drilling, milling, and cutting of I-beams and angles

Flat Plate Cutting
- Laser: max 2000 x 6000 mm, thickness up to 20 mm
