I. General provisions
- This Privacy Policy sets out how Users’ personal data, which is necessary for the provision of electronic services via the website www.zwm.pl (hereinafter: the Website), is collected, processed and stored.
- The website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered on it.
- Personal data collected via the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data
- Personal data is used for the following purposes:
- account registration and verification of the User’s identity,
- to enable users to log in to the Website,
- the performance of the contract for services and e-services,
- communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.)
- sending the newsletter (once the User has consented to receive it),
- maintaining a comments system,
- the provision of community services,
- promotion of the Administrator’s offer,
- marketing, remarketing, affiliate marketing,
- personalisation of the Website for Users,
- analytical and statistical activities,
- debt collection,
- to establish and pursue claims, or to defend against them.
2. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for entering into a contract or using other features of the Website.
IV. The type of personal data processed
The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: full name, date of birth, home address, email address, telephone number and tax identification number.
V. Period of processing of personal data
Users’ personal data will be processed for a period of:
- where the legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the limitation period for claims following its performance expires,
- where the basis for data processing is consent – until such consent is withdrawn, and following the withdrawal of consent, until the limitation period for claims expires.
In both cases, the limitation period is six years; for claims relating to periodic payments and claims arising from the conduct of business activities, it is three years (unless otherwise provided for by specific legislation).
VI. Disclosure of personal data
- Users’ personal data may be disclosed to: entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Controller, such as companies handling electronic payments, courier and postal service providers, and law firms.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. Users’ Rights
- Users of the Website have the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw their consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal).
- Any request by a User to exercise their rights under the aforementioned provisions should be sent to biuro@zwm.pl
- The controller shall comply with or refuse to comply with the request without delay – within one month of receiving it at the latest.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing infringes your rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
- The website collects information using cookies – session cookies, persistent cookies and third-party cookies.
- The collection of cookies supports the proper provision of services on the Website and is used for statistical purposes.
- You can control which cookies can access your device via your browser settings.
IX. Automated decision-making and profiling
- Users’ data must not be processed by automated means in such a way that decisions are made about them as a result.
- User data may be profiled in order to tailor content and personalise the service, provided they have given their consent.
X. Final provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy, provided that Users’ rights are not restricted.
- Information regarding the changes made will be published in the form of a notice available on the website.
- In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
